William Griffith

  William G. Griffith, 58, of Broderick, California, died on
Saturday, March 29, following an extended illness.

  Griffith is survived by six sisters, Mrs. Bill Weiss, Brodrick,
Mrs. Ted Griffin, Houston, Mrs. Eric Stafford, Pinehurst, Tex.,
Mrs. M. E. Strange, Shreveport, Mrs. Gladys Anderson, Many, and
Mrs. Earl Withers, Shreveport; and a host of nieces and nephews.

  Funeral services were held at the Warren Meadows Chapel on
Wednesday, April 2, at 2 p.m., with the Rev. Gerald Ford
officiating. Burial was in the Fenders Cemetery, under the
direction of the Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Pallbearers were Dan Horn, Travis Wilson, Robert Speight, T. M.
Phillips, Kenneth Anderson, and Doug Howard.
