J. O. Harris, Rev. J. N. Myers and Rev. Floyd Harris officiating. Interment was in Century Park Cemetery, Shreveport with Hixon Bros. Funeral Home in charge. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Sebron I. Grice, sons, S. L. Grice of Shreveport; A. O. Grice of Converse, M/Sgt O. V. Grice of Tampa, Fla., J. O. Grice, New Iberia, and S/Sgt. W. C. Grice of England AFB, Alexandria; daughters, Mrs. B. J. Murphey, Jr., of Shreveport; S/Sgt Anges Grice Barksdale Field, Shreveport; Mrs. James McDonald, Glenmora; Miss Eloise Grice, Alexandria; brother, William Randall Grice, Mansfield; sisters, Mrs. W. H. Bush, Newton, Texas and Mrs. John Hopkins, Laurel, Miss., fifteen grandchildren. Pallbearers were W. H. Wendt, W. M. Steele, W. H. Reynolds, R. B. Peek, R. O. Patton, M. K. Pearce, N. Lytle and A. R. Palmer. Mr. Grice was a retired Interstate Oil Company engineer with 33 years service at Oxford, La.
