Josephine Garcie

  Funeral services for Mrs. Josephine Garcie, 78, were held
Sunday, Oct. 25, at 2 p.m., at United Pentecostal Church in
Zwolle.

  The Reverends Lamar Joy, and C. M. Avery officiated. Burial was
at Zwolle Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral
Home.

  Mrs. Garcie died Friday, Oct. 23, at Toledo Nursing Center in
Zwolle.

  Survivors are her husband, Martin Garcie Jr. of Zwolle; seven
sisters, Hazel Lustgraaf of Shreveport, Mageline Edmunds of
Hornbeck, Thelma Morrison of Hineston, Ruth Talley of Bogalusa,
Mary Bell of Longview, Doris Malmay of Plain Dealing, and Bertha
Livingston of Bossier City; and a host of nieces and nephews.

  She was preceded in death by five brothers, Carl, Ben, Robert,
Johnny, and Kenneth Rivers.
