B. Gregory, Sr., 90, of Pleasant Hill, were held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, November 19, at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, where he was a member. The Rev. Aaron Payter, and the Rev. Vernon Stevenson officiated. Burial with Masonic graveside rites, was at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, under the direction of Drewett Funeral Home in Mansfield. Mr. Gregory died Monday, November 17, 1986, in Pleasant Hill, following a lengthy illness. He was a native of Wallace, La., and had lived in Pleasant Hill since 1919. He was a retired law enforcement officer, with 36 years of service. He was a veteran of World War I, a member of the American Legion, the Retired Peace Officers Association, and the Pleasant Hill Masonic Lodge No. 230, of which he was a member for almost 70 years. He is survived by one son, O. B. Gregory, Jr. of Shreveport; one daughter, Betty Terrell of Pleasant Hill; three brothers, J. D. Gregory Sr., and Truitt Gregory of Pleasant Hill, and Hugh Gregory of Sulphur; one sister, Sadie Dillard of Mansfield; six grandchildren; four great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews. Pallbearers were Al Bolton, Roy Bridges, Alfice Brumley, Bryan Gregory, Greg Imhoff, Johnny Murray, Floyd Terrell, Jr., and Kenneth Terrell.
