Gregory Services for Hugh H. Gregory, 94, of Sulphur, La., were held at 2 p.m., Thursday, August 31, 1995, at Wallace Baptist Church. Burial will be in Wallace Cemetery, under the direction of Rose-Neath in Mansfield. Local arrangements were made at Sulphur Memorial Funeral Home in Sulphur. Mr. Gregory died August 29, 1995, at Care Center in Sulphur. He was a native of the Wallace Community, and was a lifelong member of Wallace Baptist Church. Mr. Gregory lived most of his life in Wallace, before moving to Sulphur in 1983. He owned and operated a grocery store in Wallace for 18 years, and retired as a school bus driver with the DeSoto Parish School Board, after 33 years of service. He is survived by one daughter, Helen Bates of Sulphur; two sons, Robert Gregory of Westlake, and Douglas Gregory of Lake Charles; one brother, Truitt Gregory of Pleasant Hill; one sister, Sadie B. Dillard of Mansfield; seven grandchildren; and ten great grandchildren.
