The Sabine Index - Mrs. G. L. Green 
  
  30 Oct 1959 - Funeral services for Mrs. G. L. Green of 
Shreveport, age 74, who died Oct. 21, were conducted at Emmanuel 
Gospel church at 10:30, Oct. 23 with Rev. Clive Barnhill and Rev. 
L. G. Palmer officiating. Interment was in Pisgah cemetery under 
the direction of Warren Funeral home. 
  
  Pallbearers were Members of Shreveport Police Department. 
  
  Survivors are husband, G. L. Green of Shreveport, three sons, E. 
J. Green of Kinder, Rev. P. O. Green of Longview and W. L. Green 
of Eunice, three daughters, Mrs. Mary Lee Beason and Mrs. Jessie 
Pearl Brewster, both of Shreveport, Mrs. Ola Wise of Richmond, 
Calif.; one brother, Tom Brumley of Many; two sisters, Mrs. Emma 
Greer and Mrs. Callie Peters, both of Shreveport; 18 
grandchildren; 32 great grandchildren and one great-great 
grandchild.
