Bella Green

  Bella Green, 80, of Marthaville, died Tuesday, Nov. 6, at 4
p.m., in Fraser Hospital North, following a brief illness.

  Services will be held today, at 2 p.m., at the Springridge
Baptist Church, with the Rev. Willis Greer, the Rev. Leroy
Chance, and the Rev. Jack Middleton officiating. Burial will
follow in the Pisgah Cemetery.

  Survivors include her husband, Perry M. Green of Marthaville;
two sons, E. F. Green of Chicago, Illinois, and Arlis G. Green of
Marthaville; six daughters, Mrs. Gladys Booker, Mrs. Verona
Brown, Mrs. Clodeal Green, and Mrs. Perry Lee Brazil, all of
Marthaville, and Mrs. Mavis Currie, and Mrs. Gwendolyn Hill, both
of Houston; and one sister, Mrs. Clara Lafitte of Cotton Valley,
25 grandchildren, and 30 great grandchildren.
