The Sabine Index - Richard Grantham

  27 Jul 1951 - Last rites for Richard Grantham, 48, who passed
away at a hospital in Shreveport after a two-week illness Sunday,
were conducted at Mt. Zion Baptist church 3 p.m. Monday by Revs.
C. C. Pierce and H. H. Tibbitts. Interment followed under
direction Warren funeral home.

  Pallbearers were Gather Dees, Buck Small, Joe Koss, Pete
Miler, Luther Veuleman and Wilson Flanagan. (Honorary
Pallbearers)

  Surviving relatives include: the widow, Mrs. Myrtis
Grantham, Many; sons, Larry, Edward and Milton Adolph Grantham,
all of Many; daughters Misses Bobbie and Daisy Pearl Grantham;
broth of Many; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Grantham, Belmont;
brothers, Jim and George Grantham of Mississippi, Robert
Grantham, Leesville, Chester Grantham, Belmont, Johnny Grantham,
Shreveport, Martin Grantham of Texas; sisters, Mrs .Eva Mae
Walker, Belmont; Mrs. Drucill Geralds, Evans, Mrs. Sadie Wilson,
Many, Mrs. Agnes Harkins, DeRidder.
