G. A. Grantham

  George Arthur Grantham, 80, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 10, at
his home in Belmont.

  Services were held Thursday, Nov. 11, at 10:30 a.m., in the
Belmont Baptist Church, with the Rev. Ledford, and the Rev. H. H.
Tibbetts officiating. Burial was in the Belmont Cemetery.

  Survivors were his wife, Mrs. Sarah Ollie Grantham of Belmont;
four daughters, Mrs. Erie Mae Walker of Belmont, Mrs. Dreucile
Jarrell of Evans, Mrs. Samuel F. Wilson of Many, and Mrs. Agnes
Harkins of Madill, Okla.; five sons, George Grantham of Natchez,
Miss., Robert Grantham of Shreveport, Chester Grantham of
Belmont, Johnny Grantham of Simpson, and Marlon Grantham of
Nederland, Texas; 31 grandchildren; and 32 great grandchildren.
