Rev. Moise Richard Gremillion

  Rev. Moise Richard Gremillion, 65, of Alexandria, died at 10:45
a.m., Saturday, in his residence. He was retired and living in
the St. Francis Xavier Cathedral, at the time of his death.

  Prior to coming to St. Francis Xavier, he had been an assistant
at St. Joseph's Church in Marksville, St. Matthews Church in
Monroe, and the Sacred Heart Church in Rayville.

  He also served as the pastor of St. John's Catholic Church in
Many, from Aug. 1951 to October 1964.

  He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Adele Broussard Gremillion of
Alexandria; two brothers, J. Stanley Gremillion of Baton Rouge,
and Leslie A. Gremillion of Alexandria; two sisters, Mrs. Louise
Mitchell of Alexandria, and Mrs. Audrey McQuaid of Baton Rouge.
