Robert Donald German Services were held at St. Mathern Methodist Church, Tuesday morning in Belleville, Ill. Mr. German passed away, Sunday afternoon, at Hospic 201 S., Nov. 23, 1986. He was born and reared in Many, La. After his graduation from Many High School, he enlisted in the U. S. Air Force, and did duty at several Air Force bases, until beginning of World War II. Then he was sent overseas. He was commissioned Chief Warren Officer, and remained there until the end of the War. He leaves his wife, Ann Ezell German; two sons, Steve German of Salt Lake City, Utah, and Larry German of Belleville, Ill.; two sisters, Lyvonne Gray of Nashville, Tenn., and Ruth Holland of Port Arthur, Tex.; two brothers, Harry L. German of Nacogdoches, Tex., and Steve German of Houston, Tex., and a number of nephews and nieces.
