Thomas J. Garner

  Thomas Jefferson Garner, 71, of Many, died on Tuesday, Feb. 5.

  Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Clara Garner; two daughters,
Mrs. Barbara J. Gasaway of San Bernadino, Calif.; and Mrs.
Luticia Belle Johnson of Halibrook, Ariz., four grandsons; a
brother, Drew Garner of Orange, Tex., and a host of other
relatives and friends.

  Funeral services were held on Saturday, Feb. 16, at 1 p.m., in
the Antioch Baptist Church of Negreet. The Rev. Grandison
Williams officiated.

  Burial was in the Negreet Cemetery.
