Mrs. Geneva Garner

  Mrs. Geneva Garner, 53, of Florien, died Thursday, August 20,
1986, at LSU Medical Center in Shreveport.

  Services were held at Pilgrim Star Baptist Church, Tuesday,
August 26, at 2 p.m., Rev. Lee Collier officiating. Burial was in
the Pilgrim Star Cemetery, under the direction of Jenkins Funeral
Home.

  Survivors include her husband, Mr. Howard Garner; five
daughters, Jo Ann Davis, Priscilla McCrismn of Kissimee, Fla.;
Jacqueline Maxie, Sandra, and Linda Garner of Florien; eleven
sons, Howard, and Tommy of Abilene, Tex., Michael, Ray, Keith,
Samuel, Alton, Cedrick, Edrick, Elliott, and Charlie Perry Garner
of Florien; 12 grandchildren; one brother, Wilkie Thompson of
Houston, Tex.; four sisters, Mrs. Jaline Charles of Houston, Mrs.
Jennie Williams of Dallas, Tex., Mrs. Rosie Lee Page of Many,
Mrs. Georgia Charles of Florien; and one great uncle.
