Mrs. Alberta Garner

  Funeral services for Mrs. Alberta Garner, 94, were held
Saturday, Oct. 21, in New Jerusalem Baptist Church. Burial
followed in New Jerusalem Cemetery. Thomas Mortuary was in charge
of the services.

  Mrs. Garner passed away Oct. 13, in North Sabine Nursing Home.

  She leaves to mourn her passing, one brother, Mr. A. C. Lilly of
Cleveland, Ohio; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives,
and friends. Mrs. Garner was an Eastern Star for 48 years.
