Orlan "Buck" Greer

  Services for Orlan "Buck" Greer, 64, of Shreveport, were held
Saturday, Feb. 14, at the Wellman Funeral Home Chapel.
Officiating was Dr. Charles E. Harvey, pastor of the Sunset Acres
Baptist Church. Burial was in the Forest Park West Cemetery.

  Mr. Greer died at 6;15 a.m., Friday, Feb. 13, at the V. A.
Medical Center in Shreveport, following a lengthy illness.

  Born in Pleasant Hill, Mr. Greer was a lifelong resident of
Shreveport. He was a retired insurance salesman, and a World War
II veteran.

  Survivors include his widow, Addie "Pat" Greer of Shreveport;
one daughter, Mrs. Gail Krieg of Shreveport; three sons, Paul
Greer, and T. O. Greer of Converse, and Jerry Greer of
Shreveport; a sister, Mrs. Ludie Mosley of Shreveport, and four
grandchildren.
