Mrs. Della Clodeal Greer

  Services for Mrs. Della Clodeal Green Greer, were held at 2
p.m., Tuesday, Aug. 11, at Lewis Chapel, with Bro. Preston
Tibbett, and Bro. George officiating. Burial was at Spring Ridge
Cemetery, under the direction of Rockett-Nettles Funeral Home.

  Mrs. Greer died at her residence in Marthaville, on August 9,
1987. She was 60 years old, and was born in Sabine Parish on July
1, 1927. She was preceded in death by her parents, P. M. and
Della Woods Green. She was a housewife.

  Survivors include her husband, Mr. W. C. Greer of Marthaville;
five sons, Earl Wayne Greer, Jessie Greer, Rickey Joe Greer,
Kevin Clayton Greer, all of Marthaville, and John Wesley Greer of
Ajax; one daughter, Sharon Harper of Shreveport; two brothers, E.
F. Green of Chicago, Ill., and A. G. Green of Chicago; four
sisters, Verona Brown, and Patsy Lee Brazil, both of Marthaville,
Mavis Currie, and Gwin Fredieu, both of Houston, Tex.; four
grandsons; and three granddaughters.
