Joe P. Huff Jr.

  Funeral services for Joe P. Huff Jr., 51, of Provencal, were
held Wednesday, Dec. 11, 1996, at 2 p.m., at the Chapel of
Blanchard-St. Denis. Officiating was Rev. Albert Carnline.
Interment was at Provencal Cemetery, under the direction of
Blanchard-St. Denis Funeral Home.

  Mr. Huff died Monday, Dec. 9. He was a native of Lufkin, Texas,
a sawmill worker, and a member of the Emmanuel Gospel Church near
Robeline.

  He is survived by his wife, Gloria S. Huff of Provencal; one
son, Joseph C. Huff of Jonesboro; one daughter, Kimberly D.
Osborn of Provencal; mother, Geneva Bridges of Many; two sisters,
Stacy Charlene Cochran of Pasadena, Texas, and Faye Megason of
Robeline; one brother, James Doolittle of Provencal; and four
grandchildren.
