The Sabine Index - Mrs. Jennie Hopkins

  13 Jan 1939 - Funeral services for Mrs. Jennie Hopkins, who
died at Ft. Worth, Texas, Sunday, January 8th, were held at
Zwolle Wednesday at 10 a.m. at Zwolle Methodist church with
Rev. J. B. Williams officiating with Revs. L. N. Hoffpauir
and T. J. Holladay assisting.  Interment was in the Zwolle
Cemetery.

  Active pallbearers were:  L. B. Moffett, Bruce Darby, J. M.
Isgitt, W. E. Stephens, D. W. Hooker and D. F. Peterson.

  Mrs. Hopkins was 89 years of age.  Surviving are one
daughter, Mrs. E. P. Moffett, Henrietta, Texas; three sons,
T. D. Hopkins, Ft. Worth, Texas, C. H. Hopkins, Stuttgart,
Ark., and J. B. Hopkins, of Norman, Okla.; also 15
grandchildren.

  Mrs. S. H. Porter of Many is a niece of Mrs. Hopkins.

  T. D. Hopkins of Ft. Worth accompanied the body of his
mother to Many, spending the night with S. H. Porter.

  Funeral directed by Dennis-Green funeral home.
