The Sabine Index - Mrs. Howard Hopkins 
  
  18 Jun 1948 - Last rites for Mrs. Howard Hopkins were conducted 
at Oak Hill Baptist church last Friday at 10 a.m. Interment 
followed in Oak Hill cemetery under direction Massingill funeral 
home. 
  
  Surviving relatives include: husband, Howard Hopkins, 
Shreveport, sons, Henry Wayne, Kary Kane and Rolney Louis Howard, 
all of Shreveport; brothers, Rollie Oxley, Pleasant Hill, Raymond 
Oxley, Jasper, Texas, Robert Oxley, Many, Louis Oxley, Baton 
Rouge; foster parents, Mr. and Mrs. Louis Alford, Many; foster 
sister, Mrs. Otis Miller and foster brother, Archie Miller of 
Many.
