Charles R. Hopkins

  Charles R. Hopkins, 27, formerly of Many, died on Tuesday, Feb.
12, at 7:30 a.m., in Callahan, Fla., as a result of an automobile
accident.

  Hopkins is survived by his widow, Mrs. Virginia E. Hopkins; one
son, Byron M. Hopkins, both of Callahan, Fla.; his mother, Mrs.
Evie Hopkins of Many; his father, Bryan Hopkins of Shreveport;
his sister, Gwenda F. Leturgez of Many; and his aunts, Miss
Maggie Knippers of Many, Mrs. George Cobbs of Jena, and Mrs. A.
M. Van Veckhoven of Shreveport.

  Funeral services were held on Thursday, Feb. 14, at 2 p.m., in
the Callahan Catholic Church. Burial was in the Jones Cemetery,
under the direction of the Callahan Funeral Home.
