Mrs. Exie Hopkins

  Mrs. Exie Hopkins, 81, of Florien, died in Many, on Monday,
April 15, at 8 p.m., following an extended illness.

  Mrs. Hopkins is survived by her husband, Jeff Hopkins of
Florien; two sons, Hardy Hopkins of West Monroe, and J. K.
Hopkins of Baton Rouge; four daughters, Mrs. Avadel Knippers of
Sulphur, Mrs. Myrtle Moore of Athens, Mrs. Willie Horn of
Florien, and Mrs. Jackie Pruitt of Mt. Dora, Fla., 10
grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren.

  Funeral services were held in the Antioch Baptist Church on
Thursday, April 18, at 10 a.m., with the Rev. Harold Dunn
officiating.
