The Sabine Index - Mrs. J. C. Hopkins

  16 May 1952 - Funeral rites for Mrs. J. C. Hopkins, 89, who
passed away in Mansfield 5:55 p.m. Tuesday, were conducted at
Antioch Baptist church 2:30 p.m. Wednesday by Revs. Guy Lewis and
Alfred Mitchell. Interment followed under direction Warren
funeral home.

  Surviving relatives include: sons, R. R., Jeff, and J. R.
Hopkins, all of Florien, Homer Hopkins, Middle Creek; daughters,
Mrs. B. F. Hughes, Mansfield, Mrs. Laura Owens, Shreveport, Mrs.
T. H. Pilcher, Zwolle, Mrs. Lola Owens, Many, Mrs. Frankie
Aldredge, Orange, Texas; 27 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren
and two great-great-grandchildren.
