All rights reserved. http://usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafiles.htm ********************************************** ** Mrs. Bertha Marie Hippler (Photo) Funeral services for Mrs. Bertha Marie Hippler of the Oak Hill Community, were held at 10 a.m., on Thursday, July 28, at Oak Hill Baptist Church. Officiating were the Rev. Hoy Leach, and the Rev. Guy Burr. Burial followed in the church cemetery, under the direction of the Warren Meadows Funeral Home. Pallbearers were J. C. Hippler, Stanley Hippler, Clinton Earl Hippler, Emmett Hippler Jr., James Hippler, Jerry Wayne Alford, George Maxey, and Kenneth Ammons. Mrs. Hippler, 74, died at Willis-Knighton Medical Center in Shreveport, on Monday, July 25. She was preceded in death by her husband, Coleman Wesley Hippler. Survivors include three sons, Freddie Hippler of Many; Van Hippler of Old Hickory, Tenn., and Hubert Hippler of Little Rock, Ark.; one sister, Nettie Maxey of Many; five grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
