Charlie Huber

  Last rites for Charlie Huber, age 73, who passed away April 7,
was conducted at Fort Jesup Baptist Church at 2:30 p.m., April 9,
with Rev. H. H. Tibbitts officiating. Interment was in the church
cemetery, under the direction of Warren Funeral Home.

  Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Bertha Huber of Many; sons, Edward
of Many, Willard of Duarte, Calif., Walter Robert, Raymond, and
Charlie Lee, all of Many, Jimmy of Grand Rapids, Mich.;
daughters, Mrs. Lula Mae Jackson, and Mrs. Helen Martin of
Alexandria, Miss Gloria Faye, and Mrs. Louise Wedgeworth of Many;
brothers, Frank Huber, J. C. Huber, Shreveport; sister, Mrs.
Fannie Rutherford of Oil City, Mrs. Lollie Rutherford of
Shreveport, and Mrs. Lena Brown of Many; and eight grandchildren.
