The Sabine Index - John Van Hess

  8 Mar 1957 - Last rites for John Van Hess, 89, who died at
Shreveport, Friday, March 1, was conducted at 1:30 p.m. Sunday,
March 3 at St. John's Catholic church with Rev. Father M. R.
Gremillion officiating. Interment was in church cemetery under
the direction of Warren Funeral Home.

  Survivors are sons, J. C. Van Hess of Port Arthur, T. W. Van
Hess of Shreveport, Anthony Van Hess of Sarepta, daughter, Mrs.
Julia Neely of Sarepta, 14 grandchildren and 17
great-grandchildren.
