Michael C. Hayes

  Michael Cerell Hayes, 17, of Natchitoches, died in an auto
accident, Saturday morning, May 26.

  Authorities said the one car accident near Hagewood, Saturday
morning, claimed the life of the 17 year old from Robeline.

  Authorities also stated that Hayes apparently lost control of
his car, and hit a culvert in front of a used car lot about 4:19
a.m.

  Services were held at 2 p.m., Monday, May 28, in the Coldwater
Baptist Church, with the Rev. J. P. King, and the Rev., Troy
Wheeler officiating. Burial followed in the Marthaville Cemetery.

  Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Patricia S. Hayes of
Natchitoches; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. James C. Hayes of
Natchitoches; one son, Eddie D. Hayes of Natchitoches; one
sister, Vicki Ammonds of Natchitoches; two brothers, Mitchell
Hayes, and Marty Hayes, both of Natchitoches; his maternal
grandmother, Leora Glenn of Jasper, Tex.; and his paternal
grandfather, Cliff Hayes of St. Maurice.
