Florence Hayes

  Mrs. Florence Hayes of Many, died Thursday, September 1, 1983,
at her residence. She was 86.

  Mrs. Hayes is survived by five sons, Harry Hayes of Many, Bill
Hayes of Bridge City, Tex., Huey Hayes of Bon Wier, Tex., Randy
Hayes of DeRidder, Edwin Hayes of Baytown, Tex.; three daughters,
Marie Franklin of Haughton, Margie Lewis of Houston, Tex.,
Veronica Soderman of Baton Rouge; 20 grandchildren; 40 great
grandchildren; 8 great-great grandchildren; two brothers, Walter
Norsworthy of Many, Albert Norsworthy of Rosepine; one sister,
Eula Norsworthy Hayes of Oklahoma; one sister-in-law, Mrs. Paul
Robinson of Many.

  She is preceded in death by her husband, Riley Doss Hayes.

  Funeral services for Mrs. Hayes were held Saturday, September 3,
at 3:30 p.m., at Warren Meadows Funeral Home Chapel. Burial was
at Warren Cemetery. Bro. Earl Marr officiated. Arrangements were
made under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.
