  Joel Clark Hayes Sr. - May 5, 1988

  Joel Clark Hayes Sr., 84, died in the North Sabine Nursing Home
in Pleasant Hill on Wednesday, April 27.

  Funeral services were held at the Lewis Chapel Church on
Thursday, April 28 at 3 p.m. The Rev. Rodney Duron officiated
with burial following in the Old Pisgah Cemetery under the
direction of the Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Survivors include one son, Joel Hayes Jr. of Shreveport; one
sister Jenny Mae Owens of San Augustine, Tex.; three
grandchildren, Ricky Hayes, Sheila Zator and Lisa Craft, all of
Shreveport; four great grandchildren, Randall Hayes and Amanda
Hayes both of Bossier City, and Amy Craft and Casey Craft, both
of Shreveport.
