Mr. Thomas Jefferson Hayes

  Funeral services for Mr. Thomas Jefferson Hayes, 92, of Many,
were held at 2 p.m., Monday, Jan. 22, 1996, at the Warren Meadows
Chapel.

  The Rev. Vernon Stephenson officiated. Burial was in Warren
Cemetery.

  Mr. Hayes died at IHS #1 of Many on Jan. 20.

  He is survived by one son, J. E. Hayes of Many (wife Loretta);
one daughter, Margaret Leach of Many (husband Hoy); one
daughter-in-law, Bobbie Hayes of Blanchard; three sisters,
Delilah Blackman of Vidor, Texas, Edna McComic of Many, and
Rozenta Bell of Shreveport; one brother, Theodore Hayes of
Beaumont, Texas; 12 grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren; one
great-great grandchild; and a host of nieces and nephews.

  He was preceded in death by his wife, Emma Hayes; son Marshall
Eulon Hayes; and grandson, Scott Hayes.

  Pallbearers were Steve Hayes, Dennis Leach, Larry Hayes, Mark
Leach, Paul Hayes, and Robert Howard.
