Mrs. Laura Zena Hayes

  Mrs. Laura Zena Hayes, 64, of Marthaville, died Thursday, June
20, after a short illness.

  Funeral services were held Saturday, June 22, in the Emanuel
Gospel Church, with the Revs. C. H. Freeman, and R. Duran
officiating.

  Interment was in the Old Pisgah Cemetery, under the direction of
Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Surviving relatives are her husband, O. S. Hayes of Marthaville;
two sons, Floyd Hayes of Mansfield, Marzell Hayes of Shreveport;
two daughters, Mrs. Walter Lewis of Marthaville, and Mrs. J. C.
Davis of Shreveport; two brothers, Lannie Evitt of Marthaville,
and C. F. Cobbs of Shreveport; seven grandchildren; and three
great grandchildren.
