Mrs. Lennie W. Hicks

  Mrs. Lennie W. Hicks, 92, of Converse, died Tuesday, Aug. 23.

  Services were at 3:30 p.m., Wednesday, in the Union Springs
Baptist Church, with the Rev. Shannon O'Glee officiating. Burial
was in the church cemetery. Drewett Funeral Home, Mansfield, was
in charge.

  Survivors include two sons, L. H. Hicks of Shreveport, and R. T.
Hicks of Converse; one daughter, Miss Lola Hicks of Converse; one
sister, Mrs. W. H. Boyd Sr. of Converse; eight grandchildren; and
17 great grandchildren.
