All rights reserved. http://usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafiles.htm ********************************************** ** Patricia (Patsy) Ann Goff Huckabay Funeral services for Patricia (Patsy) Ann Goff Huckabay, were held at 10 a.m., Monday, Dec. 18, at the First United Methodist Church of Coushatta. The Rev. J. David Corley, and the Rev. Charles Jenkins officiated. Interment was in the Springville Cemetery, under the direction of Rose-Neath Funeral Home, Coushatta. Visitation was from 1 to 3 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 17, at Rose-Neath Funeral Home, Coushatta. Mrs. Huckabay died at home on Dec. 16, after a brief illness. She was born in Longview, Tex., and was a former resident of Kilgore, Tex., and Shreveport, La. She attended Centenary College, and was a member of Chi Omega. Mrs. Huckabay was preceded in death by her father, Norman F. Goff. Survivors are her mother, Mrs. Ethel Goff of Shreveport; her husband, Dr. Jackie D. Huckabay of Coushatta; one son and daughter-in-law, Jody and Michelle Huckabay of Lexington, Ky.; two daughters, Dabney Ann of Dallas, Tex., and Anne Miguel of Little Rock, Ark.; two aunts, Jackque Rambin of Dallas, Tex., and Marjorie Kozak of Shreveport; sister-in-law and brother-in-law and families, Addie and David Knickerbocker, Brian and Angela of Monroe, Beth and Ken Hayes, Lesley, Lauren and Leigh of Shreveport, Terreff Huckabay of Coushatta, Jo Hoppe of Noble, Helen Lowery of Mansfield; and several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers were Maxie Almond, Dr. Greg Bell, Dr. Wyche Coleman, Dr. Billy DeFee, Dr. Robert Hernandez, Green Horton, Dr. Paul Ware, and Dr. Fred Willis. Honorary pallbearers were Dr. Don Texada, Dr. Ben Rush, Dr. Raymond Collier, Dr. Louie Leatherman, Robert Corley, Bobby Lawson, and Ed Lester III. The family wishes to express appreciation to family, friends, the staff of L. S. Huckabay Memorial Hospital, and especially Mrs. Jo Lawson. Memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church of Coushatta, The American Cancer Society, or the charity of one's choice.
