Under the direction of Rose-Neath's Southside Chapel. Shad, a native and lifelong resident of Shreveport, died suddenly in Shreveport, he was a painter with Davis Painting and Drywall and was a member of Barksdale Baptist Church in Bossier City, La. He is survived by his parents, Shad and Patsy Haskins, a sister Laurie Haskins, and three brothers Steve Haskins, Gary Haskins and Gene Haskins, all of Shreveport, his maternal grandparents, Mrs. and Mrs. Bill McCoy of Bossier City; his paternal grandparents, Mr. Woodrow Haskins and the late Amber Haskins of Marthaville; one niece, tow nephews, and numerous aunts and uncles. Pallbearers were Steven Woodard, Gene Haskins, Woodrow Haskins, Charlie David, Jr., Timmy Lopez and David Sanford.
