Ara Morris Hooker

  Funeral services for Mrs. Ara Morris Hooker, a long time
resident of Zwolle, were held at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, July 30,
at the Hamlet Funeral Home Chapel in Denton, Tex.

  Mrs. Hooker was a retired Sabine Parish school teacher, having
taught in Zwolle Elementary School for a number of years.

  Mrs. Hooker was a charter member of the Daughters of the
American Revolution. She is survived by two sisters, Mrs. A. F.
Johnston of Denton, Tex., and Mrs. P. D. Carroll of Henderson,
Tex.
