James Gordon Hodge

  Last rites for James Gordon Hodge, age 33, who was killed in an
accident while unloading logs, July 28, were conducted at
Pleasant Hill Baptist Church at 10 a.m., July 31, with Rev.
Martin, and Rev. Moffett officiating. Interment was in the church
cemetery, under the direction of Warren Funeral Home.

  Survivors are his wife, Mrs. J. G. Hodge of Hornbeck; one son,
James Lane; daughters, Elaine and Donna Hodge, all of Hornbeck;
two brothers, Billy of Norfolk, Va., and Ray Draper of North
Carolina; three sisters, Mrs. Katie Wann of Dannville, Va., Mrs.
Helen Vincent of Pasadena, Md., and Mrs. Ruby Terry of Sprag, N.
C.
