The Sabine Index - Louis Matthew Hayten

  18 Jul 1952 - Louis Matthew Hayten, 35, was killed in New
York City July 3, his body was accompanied to Many by his
daughter, Miss Mary Margaret Hayten, July 10. Funeral services
were held from Bethel Baptist church by Rev. N. P. Jones, pastor,
at 2 p.m. Interment followed in New Jerusalem cemetery under
direction of Hargrove funeral home of Oakdale.

  Surviving relatives include: mother, Mrs. Emmer W. Amy;
daughters, Bettie Jean and Mar Margaret Hayten, New York City;
sisters, Mrs. Annie L. Zellars, Alexandria, Mrs. Ophelia Miney,
Many; brother N. C. Hayten.
