Mrs. Louie "Louise" Ruth Halpain

  Mrs. Louie "Louise" Ruth Halpain, 85, died Monday, Dec. 13, 1999 at her residence
in Many after a brief illness.

  Mrs. Halpain is a former resident of Layatette and had resided in Many for 10 years.

  Funeral services were held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 14 at Rose-Neath Funeral home
Chapel in Many with interment following at 3:30 p.m. at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens
Cemetery in Lafayette.

  Survivors include one son, Luke E. Halpain and wife Rose G. Halpain; three
grandchidiren. Lisa Louise Pichler, Mark Edward Halpain and Stacey Elizabeth Halpain;
four great-grandchildren, Dennis Edward Piehier, Michael Victor Piehier, Nichole Rose
Halpain and Shayna Rae Halpain; and three special nieces, Mary Tesoro, Gwynne Ann
Weigant and Barbara Ann Dore.
