Leonard "L. D." Holt

  Memorial services for Leonard (L. D.) Holt, 74, of Houston,
Tex., were held at 2 p.m., Saturday, December 10, at Episcopal
Church of the Advent.

  Rev. John Stevens, and Rev. Wes Seeliger officiated.

  Mr. Holt was born in Florien, La., on August 25, 1920. He served
in the U.S. Navy from 1942 - 1947 CPHM. Mr. Holt was employed by
Continental Emsco Company, from 1948 - 1983.

  Survivors include his widow, Bonnie W. Holt; daughter, Terry
Lynn Holt; brother, Richard D. Holt and wife Midge;
sister-in-law, Tootsie Urban; mother, Bertha Holt; and beloved
nieces and nephews.

  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Episcopal
Church of the Advent.
