Mrs. Emma S. Hildebrand

  Mrs. Emma S. Hildebrand, 88, of Many, died after an extended
illness.

  Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 28, in
the Warren Baptist Church, with the Rev. Johnny Rhodes, and the
Rev. Kenneth Leach officiating. Burial was in the Mt. Carmel
Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  She is survived by a son, Clarence Hildebrand of Pollack; five
daughters, Mrs. R. L. Walters, Mrs. Mittie Weldon, Mrs. Leah
McGaha, and Mrs. Evelyn Dees, all of Many; and Mrs. W. E. Leach
of Shreveport; two sisters, Mrs. O. E. Knippers of Pleasant Hill,
and Mrs. Beulah Leach of Reno, Nevada; 14 grandchildren; 25
great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
