William Hildebrand

  William M. Hildebrand, 88, of Many, died April 13, in a local
hospital, after an extended illness.

  Funeral services were held at the Warren Baptist Church, April
14, with the Rev. Travis McCollough, and the Rev. Kenneth Leach
officiating. Burial was in the Mt. Carmel Cemetery, with Masonic
Rites at the graveside, under the direction of Warren Meadows
Funeral Home of Many.

  Surviving relatives include his wife, Emma Hildebrand of Many; a
son, Clarence Hildebrand of Alexandria; five daughters, Mrs.
Evelyn Dees, Mrs. R. L. Walters, Mrs. D. T. Weldon, and Mrs. G.
J. McGaha, all of Many, and Mrs. W. E. Leach of Shreveport; three
brothers, H. T., and C. H. Hildebrand, both of Many, and Edgar
Hildebrand of Lake Jackson, Tex.; two sisters, Mrs. R. W.
Geoghagan, and Miss Kittie Hildebrand, both of Many; 14
grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; and one great-great
grandchild.

  Pallbearers were his grandsons.
