Louis G. Hildebrand, Sr.

  Louis Gady Hildebrand Sr., 82, of Many, died Sunday, Sept. 17,
in Many, after an extended illness.

  Funeral services were conducted Monday, Sept. 18, at the Many
Nazarene Church, with Dr. Cecil Knippers officiating. Interment
was in the Old Jerusalem Cemetery, under the direction of Warren
Meadows Funeral Home of Many.

  Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Minnie Pearl Hildebrand of
Many; five sons, Thomas C. Hildebrand of New Orleans, L. G.
Hildebrand Jr. of Dallas, Tex., Roy L. Hildebrand of Mansfield,
Howard G. Hildebrand of Gacalimesa, Calif., and Lonnie Murphy of
Many; five daughters, Mrs. Charles D. Edwards of Logansport, Mrs.
Mary Striplng of Dallas, Mrs. J. D. Zeuber of Vidor, Tex., Mrs.
Marion Sheaffer of Gacalimesa, and Linda Murphy Neel of
Mooringsport; two brothers, Joe Hildebrand of Many, and Tom
Hildebrand of Beaumont, Tex.; three sisters, Mrs. Bell Curtis of
Many, Mrs. Albert Landrum of Simpson, and Mrs. Amy Dupree of
Natchitoches; 24 grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
