Mr. J. R. Holder

  Private church services for Mr. J. R. Holder, 47, will be held
today, Wednesday, August 2, 1995, at First Baptist Church of
Zwolle, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Officiating will be the Rev. Jerry Penfield. Interment will be
in Noble Cemetery. Military graveside services will be conducted
by the DAV Chapter 21.

  Mr. Holder died in Shreveport V. A. Hospital, July 28, 1995.

  Mr. Holder was born February 6, 1948, in Knox City, Texas, to
Isaac and Minnie Caldwell Holder. Mr. Holder married Barbara
Meyer July 8, 1967, in Mexico.

  Survivors are his wife, Barbara Myers Holder of Zwolle; three
sons, James Robert Holder of Austin, Texas, Allan Eugene Holder
of Abilene, Texas, and Russell Scott and his wife Samantha Holder
of Bossier City; one granddaughter, Kelly Renee Holder of Bossier
City.
