Holman, 66, were held at 11 a.m., Dec. 10, at Aimwell Baptist Church. Rev. Stephen Neesley, and Rev. Vernon Stephenson officiated. Interment was in Aimwell Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home. Mr. Holman passed away on Dec. 8, 1994, at Sabine Medical Center. Mr. Holman was born to George Washington Holman, and Nannie Warmack Holman, on Oct. 21, 1928, in Beckville, Tex. He married Julia Jordan on May 11, 1946, at Bay Minette, Ala. Mr. Holman was an active member of Aimwell Baptist Church. He was a retired Surveyor, Driller, and Data Storage Superintendent with Arco, for 41 years. Survivors include his widow, Julia J. Holman of Zwolle; one son, Wendell Holman of Durban, South Africa; one daughter, Linda A. Breazeale of Iota; mother, Nannie Holman of Silsbee, Tex.; two sisters, Jane Grisson of Pasadena, Tex., and Easter Sonnier of Oberlin; one brother, Roy Holman; three grandchildren, Chris Breazeale, Brent Holman, and several nieces and nephews, Stuart Holman. Pallbearers were J. C. Bridges, Benny Primeaux, Hoover Rowland, James Kinney, Ed Ferris, Elzie Wedgeworth, Mike Mirick, and Jack Crain.
