Rev. J. N. Foreman, Rev. Cary Dale Ladner, and Rev. William Kelly Harper officiated. Burial was in Hopewell Cemetery, under the direction of Hixson Funeral Home in DeRidder. Mrs. Honea died on Dec. 27, at St. Patrick's Hospital in Lake Charles. She was a member of the Spring Creek Baptist Church in DeRidder, and a homemaker. Survivors are four daughters, Goldie Ready, Judy Bennett, and Joyce Lewis, all of DeRidder, and Elaine Ballard of Nashville, Tenn.; two sons, Bruce Honea of DeRidder, and Glenn Honea of Many; 12 grandchildren; six great grandchildren; two sisters, Ada Cooley of DeRidder, and Connie Thompson of Bridge City, Tex.; and one brother, Forrest Bud Loftin of Port Arthur, Tex.
