Mr. Humphrey was the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Woodrow Procella of Shreveport. He died Saturday, After being shot by a highway patrolman near Mount Pleasant, Tex. Mr. Humphrey was shot following a high speed chase, according to police. The Rev. J. D. Wilbanks officiated, and was assisted by the Rev. Jack Martin. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Debra Humphrey of Rodessa; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Naith H. Humphrey of Rodessa; two sisters, Emily Humphrey, and Connie Lynn Humphrey, both of Rodessa; one brother, Tony B. Humphrey of Rodessa; his grandmothers, Mrs. Evelyn Humphrey of Rodessa, and Mrs. Salley Procella of Shreveport; his grandfather, Woodrow Procella of Shreveport; and his great grandfather, Pete Procella of Zwolle.
