J. L. Hunker

  Mr. J. L. Hunker, 77, died Tuesday, Oct. 5, after an extended illness.

  He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Marie Hunker of Many; two brothers,
Richard Hunker of Stanton, Neb., and Maurice Hunker of Genet, Calif.;
three sisters, Mrs. Katherine Wehr of Lincoln, Neb., Mrs. Irene Brisso
of Norfolk, Neb., and Mrs. Loretta Semon of Hover, Mont.

  Funeral services were held Thursday, Oct 7, at 10 a.m., in the St. John
Catholic Church, with Msgr. T. J. Lennon officiating. Burial was in the
St. John Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Pallbearers were Frank Folden, Harold Andries, Dick McComic, Ancel
DeLatin, Creed Lester, Kenneth McCormic, and Welden Anderson.
