Geneva Hinds

  Geneva Hinds, 76, of Converse, died Feb. 2, 2003, at IHS #2 in
Many. Services will be held Wednesday, Feb. 5, at Rose-Neath
Chapel in Many. Interment will follow at Ajax Cemetery, under the
direction of Rose-Neath Funeral Home.

  Mrs. Hinds was born in Natchitoches Parish, and was a homemaker.

  She is preceded in death by her husband, Isaac W. Hinds; one
son, Isaac William Hinds Jr.; three sons-in-law, Jewel Walker
Jr., Gary O. Blount, and Otha Horn; one brother, James Brevelle
of Fort Worth, Texas; and mother and father, Elizabeth and Jack
Brevelle Sr. of Pleasant Hill.

  Survivors include five daughters, Elizabeth Horn of Many, Lula
Mae Richards and husband J. B. of Converse, Frances Jean Walker
of Robeline, Faye Ann Priest and husband Joe of McCloud, Okla.,
and Janet Sue Orum and husband Willie of Garrison, Texas; 16
grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; three brothers; six
sisters; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
