George W. Hinton

  Mr. George W. Hinton of Robeline, died Tuesday, April 3, 1984,
at 10:35 p.m., at the age of 84. Death occurred in Many,
following an extended illness.

  Funeral services for Mr. Hinton will be held today, Thursday,
April 5, at 1 p.m., in the Rocky Mount Methodist Church. Rev. Joe
Mitchell Jr., and Rev. Donnie Paul Lewing will officiate. Burial
will be in the Rocky Mount Cemetery. Services are under the
direction of the Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  He is survived by two daughters, Loise Broadway, and Lorene
Hardy, both of Robeline; three brothers, Frank Hinton, Home
Hinton, and Walter Hinton, all of Natchitoches; one sister, Mrs.
Maudie Jordan, Robeline; seven grandchildren; and 15 great
grandchildren.
