Henderson, 70, of Pleasant Hill, died at 4 p.m., Friday, at Doctors' Hospital, following an extended illness. He is survived by his widow; four sons, Twain L. Henderson of Highlands, Tex., D. W. Henderson of Idaho Falls, Idaho, Marvin H. Henderson of Hardin, Tex., and Melvin Henderson of Orange, Tex.; four daughters, Mrs. Gilbert Bleyl, and Mrs. Russell Cooper, both of Houston, Mrs. Chester Hensley of Nederland, Tex., and Mrs. Howard Clark of Oakdale; five stepsons, Douglas Laroux of Shreveport, N. L. Laroux of Marthaville, Dempsey Laroux of Minden, L. C. Laroux of Long Beach, Miss., and Bill Laroux, who is stationed with the Air Force in Korea; five stepdaughters, Mrs. Roger N. Smith, Mrs. Jake Moffett, Mrs. W. R. Cline, and Mrs. Lois Forshee all of Shreveport, and Mrs. John Berry of Marthaville; and 19 grandchildren. The Rev. Sana Farris assisted by the Rev. J. E. Dillon, officiated at the funeral services. Burial was in the cemetery of Hardin Baptist Church, Hardin, Texas.
