Mrs. Edith I. Haenel

  Funeral services were conducted in the Warren Meadows Funeral
Chapel for Mrs. Edith Irene Haenel of Shreveport, on Saturday,
May 16, at 1 p.m. The Rev. Donnie Paul Lewing officiated at the
services, with burial following in the Many Cemetery. Mrs. Haenel
died in the LSU Medical Center in Shreveport on Thursday, May 14,
She was 63.

  Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Bobbie Jean Weckworth of
Milwaukee, Wisc., and Shirley Jo Ann Gabilando of Portland, Ore.;
one son, Carlton Hugh, Helena, Montana, and Kenneth W. Lewing of
Shreveport; two sisters, Ethel Nailene Jurich of Canton, Okla.,
and Helen V. Sharp of New Orleans; six grandchildren; and four
great grandchildren.
